SFTA cultivates a system of organizations and professionals across Wisconsin to promote quality, strengths-based, early childhood services in all communities. SFTA's core members consist of Wisconsin Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) agencies and Family Resources Centers (FRCs).
