Northwest Connection Family Resources is a member of Supporting Families Together Association (SFTA). SFTA cultivates a system of organizations and professionals across Wisconsin to promote quality, strengths-based, early childhood services in all communities. SFTA's core members consist of Wisconsin Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) agencies and Family Resources Centers (FRCs). Together with their member agencies, SFTA works to realize the vision that in every Wisconsin community, all children have the opportunity to reach their highest potential and all adults embrace their role and responsibility to children.
