The dates have been arranged for the upcoming Cohort meetings to run through May 2021. These sessions will enable the participants to have discussion around some of the most difficult topics which come with doing the business of child care.
Two books in the Child Care Exchange Leadership series will be used as reference and reading material to guide discussions – Leading Early Childhood Organizations and Engaging Families in Early Childhood Organizations. Books are FREE for full participation.
The first session begins with a “welcome” and “getting to know you” session. As these sessions are about professional development, participation and problem-solving are “key” to your involvement. Other sessions will be detailed on that first day.
Each session is approximately 2 hours in length. You will receive a total of 16 hours of Registry credit for attending the sessions. Additional hours, up to 3, will be available if a program chooses to have additional consultation. (This will be detailed for you.)
This is the second cohort for the northern/western regions. Your participation is critical to its success.
